Terms of use

The service

It is a free app, made by Bran Visuals, to follow Dominican winter baseball. No account is needed. It may change, pause or stop working at any time.

The data

Scores, stats and plays come from MLB Advanced Media and may contain errors or arrive late: LIDOM sometimes publishes plays in bursts. We do not guarantee they are complete or instant. The app is for information and entertainment.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with LIDOM, its clubs or MLB. Team names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Videos

The videos are the clubs' own public broadcasts, highlights and clips on YouTube, found through the YouTube API Services and shown in YouTube's player. By watching them you accept the YouTube Terms of Service.

Links and sponsorships

Links to other sites (YouTube, MLB.TV, the clubs' box offices on Uepa Tickets, media, sponsors) lead to third-party services with their own terms. We take no payments and no bets in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not try to overload the service, copy it in bulk or use it for anything illegal. We may limit access for anyone who does.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from using it or being unable to use it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above says when. If you keep using the app afterwards, you accept the new version.
